Return Policy

We at Characterville are sure you will be happy with your fabulous new purchases but appreciate that you may need to return an item back to us. You can return your purchase to us in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt of your items, with all tags and labels intact and attached.

Once we have received your items at our warehouse and confirm they are in a resalable condition, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days.

If you would like to make a return, please:

• Ensure the items are in perfect condition with all tags, packaging and wrapping included
• Print the order form under orders on the website and include a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, and order number. Also, briefly state the reason of return and provide contact details in case we need to get in touch with you about your return.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way!
• We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service that provides proof of postage. We will not be responsible or refund any monies if the package fails to reach us by standard post. Please note that you are also responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.
